Description
Cold rolling of stainless steel coils is a process of precision rolling hot-rolled steel coils at room temperature through multiple passes. Its core processes include rolling (thinning the strip and inducing work hardening), annealing (relieving internal stress and restoring plasticity), and leveling (improving shape and surface finish). Cold-rolled products have a bright surface, precise dimensions, and high strength. Thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 3.0mm, with coil widths between 1000-1500mm.There are mainly used in fields with extremely high requirements for surface finish and precision, such as high-end home appliance panels, electronic components, precision instruments, decorative building materials, and food-grade containers.
